Hitchin town square today and a stall selling waffles on a stick with chocolate and caramel sauces and various toppings. Seemed to be doing a roaring trade. Sat and drew this scene from a convenient bench, tracked time was two hours and ten minutes. Drew the background stall first, then hid the layer. Then I drew all the people individually as quickly as I could before they wondered off. Finally, I made everything visible on screen, resized all the figures and created the final composition.
